The story attached to the name
Oregon CBD describes Stem Cell as a CBG-dominant hemp line developed through multiple generations of breeding and chemical analysis, and presents it as an agricultural biomass cultivar rather than a standardized consumer effect profile.
That breeder record establishes the company's description of its own line. It does not authenticate unrelated retail flower, supply a finished-batch cannabinoid result, prove an aroma, or establish that a current product qualifies as hemp where it is sold or possessed.
A strain name is closer to a song title than a laboratory standard: familiar words can introduce very different performances.

A hemp production result is not a retail passport
USDA explains that hemp production operates through USDA, state, or tribal plans and that USDA's authority concerns production. Once material enters processing and commerce, FDA, state, tribal, and local rules can govern foods, drugs, cosmetics, smoking products, licensing, sale, possession, and claims. A production test therefore does not silently approve every finished product or sales channel.
For a current item, identify the jurisdiction, legal category, seller authority, product format, intended use, package warnings, ingredients, lot evidence, and current recall status. Do not transport cannabis across a border, mail it, or rely on a seed catalog's historical compliance language as legal advice.
