We do not sell cannabis, arrange sales, publish unverified dispensary promotions, or provide personalized medical advice.

What “Big Bud Man” means
The name is intentionally a little oversized. The editorial voice is not. The goal is a memorable adult brand that can say, plainly, when a huge THC number or legendary strain story is doing more marketing than informing.

Ownership and responsibility
Big Bud Man is an independently operated cannabis-education publication based in Central New York. The Big Bud Man Editorial Team is the named publisher and is responsible for source selection, page scope, writing, review, corrections, and the final publication decision. The site is not a dispensary, laboratory, medical practice, law firm, testing authority, regulator, or product-certification service.
How a page is made
- Define one reader decision.
Each page begins with the question it can answer and the claims it must not make.
- Inventory the site.
Titles, slugs, core intent, recent additions, and related pages are checked before a new URL is approved.
- Use a source hierarchy.
Law begins with statutes, regulators, courts, and official guidance. Health and science begin with government health agencies, systematic reviews, clinical guidance, standards bodies, and original research. Brand and retailer material can document a product claim but cannot validate it.
- Write the limits beside the fact.
Sample, method, population, jurisdiction, date, product, route, uncertainty, and evidence gaps stay attached to the conclusion.
- Connect the page.
New work must have a useful collection path and contextual links in both directions; isolated pages and cosmetic keyword variants are rejected.
- Run publication checks.
The build checks metadata, structured data, internal links and fragments, accessibility rules, sitemap and search coverage, page identity, source-archive integrity, and the dated publication manifest before deployment.
Testing and firsthand-experience boundary
Unless a page explicitly names a documented test, Big Bud Man has not purchased, handled, used, measured, laboratory-tested, clinically evaluated, or personally experienced the product or method discussed. We do not turn manufacturer specifications, consumer anecdotes, generated examples, or another publication's test into our own firsthand claim. Buying guides are evidence and decision frameworks—not disguised reviews.
Commercial separation
The repository currently contains no approved affiliate tracking ID or active affiliate program. When commercial links are introduced, the relationship must be disclosed near the link, qualifying links must use sponsored and nofollow markup, and payment cannot determine coverage, ranking, conclusion, or correction. No cannabis sale, unverified discount, scarcity claim, or generic product insertion is allowed.
Updates, corrections, and dates
A visible reviewed date means the page received a material source, accuracy, usability, or publication review on that date; it does not guarantee that every external rule or product remains unchanged. Significant factual corrections are made in the page and, when useful to readers, explained in the publication update surfaces. To challenge a statement, send the page URL, exact passage, reason, and strongest primary source through the contact form. A correction does not require agreement with the page's tone, but it does require evidence.
